Purina Sydney Royal Dog Show

The Purina Sydney Royal Dog Show aims to find the champions of the canine world. During the 14 days of competition of the Easter Show, thousands of dogs will compete in Conformation, Obedience, Agility and Sweepstake Competitions.

As well as a showcase for excellence, the Purina Sydney Royal Dog Show promotes public understanding of the place of domestic animals in our community.

The RAS has a long association with canine affairs in NSW.  Established in 1948 the RAS Kennel Club (later known as RAS Kennel Control) has been involved in improving the registration and classification processes of purebred dogs.
