Branded Beef

Established in 2005, the Sydney Royal Branded Beef Competition judges MSA-certified Australian beef.  Striploins are judged in three different feed-based classes, namely  grass fed, grain fed and open. Judges’ credentials include academic expertise and technical knowledge and include farmers, end users, chefs, food media and experienced palates. The competition is held in September every year as part of the Spring Fine Food Show. The competition is sponsored by Meat & Livestock Australia and is a quality competition. All  products entered must comply with the MSA standards for accreditation.
