What's New for the 2013 Wine Show?
The 2013 Show will feature some poignant changes to the Wine Schedule.

Large Volume Classes replace the former Commercial Classes and to ensure the Show remains relevant to the industry, volume requirements have been reduced to the majority of Classes with the Large Volume, Varietal, Premium and Fortified sections. We encourage the small to medium sized producers to enter!

Organic and Bio Dynamic classification introduced, exhibitors will now be able to identify if their wine qualifies for either of these categories. A certificate of recognition will be awarded to the highest scoring Gold Medal, where applicable. See page 6 of the Wine Schedule for more details.

Innovation in the industry is key and this year the Show will feature two new “Exhibition Classes” for new and emerging wine styles, varieties and blends. These wines could be from small trial plots of new varieties or experimental styles…the more interesting the better!

More new Classes introduced to Named Vineyard will also feature Semillon, Riesling & Pinot Noir.

2013 judging for the entire Show will use the 100 Point system. Click here to refer to the point scale breakdown.

Exhibitor Confirmation Packs
All Exhibitors are issued with an Exhibitor Confirmation Pack. This will be posted out mid December. The pack contains product labels, courier and postal labels, maps and delivery instructions. Exhibitors will be issued with an Exhibit Confirmation Advice, otherwise known as a bench slip, which indicates the class/es in which they have entered.

Maps
A map showing where exhibits can be delivered can be downloaded here. This map and other documents will be posted out to all Exhibitors in their Confirmation Packs in December 2012.
