Entering the Competition

Before You Enter

Please ensure that you read the Sydney Royal Arts & Crafts Schedule. Exhibitors are bound by the terms and conditions set out in the RAS General Regulations, the Special Arts & Crafts Regulations, the Arts & Crafts Schedule and the conditions detailed in each Application for Entry. Please ensure that you have read these documents.

Email the Arts & Crafts Section Coordinator for more information, or to be added to the Exhibitor mailing list for the 2013 Show.

Schedules

A Competition Schedule is the rule book that governs each Competition. The Sydney Royal Arts & Crafts Schedule tells you everything you need to know about the Arts & Crafts Competition. Available online as a PDF document, the Schedule lists entry fees, closing dates, where to deliver your entry, conditions of entry, prizes and much more. It is important that you read the Schedule carefully before entering any Arts & Crafts Competition.

Please click here to download the 2012 Sydney Royal Arts and Crafts Schedule. The updated 2013 Sydney Royal Arts and Crafts Schedule will be available in October 2012.

Enter Online

The Sydney Royal Easter Show offers an online facility for most Competitions. Where this facility is not available, Exhibitors can download an Application for Entry form. Entering online has several advantages for Exhibitors:

  • Cheaper. Online entries do not incur the Offline Processing fee of $8 (incl. GST) per Exhibitor
  • Quicker. Receive instant confirmation that your application has been received
  • More efficient. Online entries reduce the processing time for the RAS.

Entries for the 2013 Sydney Royal Arts and Crafts will open in October 2012.
