Following Exhibitor feedback and consumer demand, the following list highlights the main changes for the 2014 Competition:

  • Coffee – new award for Champion Sustainable Coffee.
  • Coffee – expanded classes for Australian single origin and estate coffee.
  • Bread, Cake and Pie Competition renamed Sydney Royal Professional Bakery Competition.

Pasta Competition

In a new development, the Pasta Competition which is normally judged in summer will now be part of the Spring Fine Food Show. This will be an excellent addition to the Spring Show as we look to expand the products to be judged and create further opportunities for exhibitors.

  • Receive general class comments from the judges on how the class fared;
  • Be sent a full Results Catalogue post-judging to view all the results from every class and competition;
  • As a medallist, receive a certificate and a digital medal artwork file to use in your marketing collateral;
  • As a medallist, soon receive a medal marketing and promotion kit, to guide producers with tips and tricks of marketing their product;
