The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Schedule tells you everything you need to know about the Fine Food Show. Available online as a PDF document, the Schedule lists entry fees, closing dates, delivery details, conditions of entry, Champion awards and much more. Judging panels of three to five Judges are constituted from a combination of the following:
Names of individual Judges are not released prior to judging, however judges are detailed in the Results Catalogue prepared at the end of each Show.
Stewards play a valuable part in the judging of each Competition and ensure the day runs smoothly through the coordination and preparation of exhibits for Judges. Stewarding is a fantastic way of learning more about the industry, Competitions and the judging process, with opportunities to develop into Associate Judge and Judge roles in the future.
The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show is continuously seeking to engage further with industry, develop relationships, and recruit new Judges and Stewards to join the team of highly skilled and expert Officials. Please read and complete the following forms if you are interested in becoming a Judge/Steward:

After Review by the Chief Judge of each Competition, applicants will be contacted and invited to take part as positions arise.
All Exhibitors are issued with an Exhibitor Confirmation Pack. This will be posted out four weeks prior to the Competition. The pack contains product labels, courier and postal labels, maps and delivery instructions. Exhibitors will be issued with an Exhibit Confirmation Advice, otherwise known as a bench slip, which indicates the Class(es) in which they have entered.
A map showing where exhibits can be delivered will be posted out to all Exhibitors in their Confirmation Packs four to six weeks prior to the Competition.
