2016 Spring Fine Food Show:

Entries for the Spring Fine Food Show will open in June with judging taking place in September. 



2016 Summer Fine Food Show:


Entries are now closed for the 2016 Summer Fine Food Show. Results are now available here


Key Dates:

Entries Open:  Thursday 15th October 2015

Entries Close:  Friday 20 November 2015 (Wednesday 6 January 2016 for Aquaculture only)


Delivery dates for Coffee: 3-5th February and 8 February 2016 from 9am to 5pm.

Delivery dates for Professional Bakery: From Monday 15 February 2016 from 9am to 5pm. Fresh

Exhibits can be delivered on the following days between 6:30am to 8:00am:

Tuesday 16 February 2016 for Bread & Cake

Wednesday 17 February 2016 for Pastry & Biscuit


Delivery Dates for Aquaculture: Monday 15 February to Wednesday 17 February 2016 between 9am to 5pm.



Judging Dates:

The Schedule lists entry fees, closing dates, delivery details, conditions of entry, Champion awards and much more. It is important that you read the Schedule carefully before entering any Fine Food Show.




Why should I enter?

The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show offers producers a chance to benchmark themselves against the industry. By entering, you will:

  • Receive assurance of independent assessment of your product by an esteemed panel of industry professionals;
  • Have a variety of perspectives and palates assessing your product;
  • Attain quality feedback: a breakdown of your score by each attribute (i.e. taste, flavour profile) and individual product comments for many classes;
  • Receive general class comments from the judges on how the class fared;
  • Be sent a full Results Catalogue post-judging to view all the results from every class and competition;
  • As a medalist, receive a certificate and a digital medal artwork file to use in your marketing collateral;
  • As a medalist, receive a medal marketing and promotion kit, to guide producers with tips and tricks of marketing their product;
  • Being a part of competition organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, a 190-year old influential force in Australian agriculture.




Exhibitor Confirmation Packs

All Exhibitors are issued with an Exhibitor Confirmation Pack. This will be posted out four to six weeks prior to the Competition. The pack contains product labels, courier and postal labels, maps and delivery instructions. Exhibitors will be issued with an Exhibit Confirmation Advice, otherwise known as a bench slip, which indicates the Class(es) in which they have entered.


Delivery of Exhibits

A map showing where exhibits can be delivered will be posted out to all Exhibitors in their Confirmation Packs four to six weeks prior to the Competition.
