The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Schedule tells you everything you need to know about the Fine Food Show. Available online as a PDF document, the Schedule lists entry fees, closing dates, delivery details, conditions of entry, Champion awards and much more. It is important that you read the Schedule carefully before entering any Fine Food Show.
The RAS is proud to announce the inclusion of an exciting new range of classes and Championships for the 2013 Spring Competition, in line with exhibitor feedback and consumer demand.
Judging panels of three to five judges are constituted from a combination of the following:
Names of individual judges are not released prior to judging. However judges are detailed in the Results Catalogue prepared at the end of each Show.
If you are interested in becoming a judge, please contact the coordinator on 02 9704 1299 or finefood@rasnsw.com.au. For a more detailed description of the judging procedure for each Competition, please refer to the relevant Schedule for that Fine Food Show session.
All Exhibitors are issued with an Exhibitor Confirmation Pack. This will be posted out four weeks prior to the Competition. The pack contains product labels, courier and postal labels, maps and delivery instructions.
Exhibitors will be issued with an Exhibit Confirmation Advice, otherwise known as a bench slip, which indicates the class/es in which they have entered.
A map showing where exhibits can be delivered will be posted out to all Exhibitors in their Confirmation Packs four to six weeks prior to the Competition.
